You understand that when you apply for a role, your contact details and any information entered into your personal profile will be sent to the advertiser. This includes any photo you have uploaded. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We reserve the right to increase fees or introduce new prices or charges at any time. You can at any point cancel your memberships by going into your account and clicking on your billing page. All subscription fees are recurring and comes with a recurring monthly payment. At any point you can cancel your subscription to the site. This can be done by cancelling your monthly subscription. If you terminate your subscription, you will receive an e-mail confirming your cancellation. If you cancel your membership before or after the 30 day cycle your membership will continue until the end of that billing cycle. Casting Talent does not give refunds for any of the services or subscriptions provided if you have used the service to apply for jobs or we have fulfilled a membership spotlight order, please email [email protected] if you have any querys with your account and we will get back to you within 72 hours. We can issue a refund if it is requested 24 hours after the payment was taken and you have not applied for any roles within the membership. Our pro or pro plus memberships are for individuals and members of the public. If you are an agency, agent or Managment company and have created a lite, pro or pro plus account we reserve the right to cancel this. Agencies, agents or Managment companies must use our management account.

Pro Plus Members are entitled to a free Member Spotlight worth $150 once a month. You must claim this in your account to receive the post.

Although we take reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses or other destructive materials to our website or on-line service, we do not guarantee that the service or materials that may be available from our website do not contain such destructive features. We shall not be liable for any damages or liability attributable to such features. If you use any materials available through this website, you do so solely at your own risk.

All information provided to us must be complete and accurate information. If your information changes you will be responsible for providing us with the updated information. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or consequences as a result of inaccurate or incomplete information we receive from you.

You also warrant that any "moral rights" in Your Material have been waived. Agree and acknowledge that Your Material may appear in google and other search engines. Casting Talent reserve the right to view the content of all mail passing through the site. Casting Talent reserve the right not to post and to remove any User Information, subscriptions, profiles, messages, and content therein without notice. Casting Talent reserves the right without warning to deny and/or cancel membership to any person who we deem from their profile or use of the site to be unsuitable for the service.
