An amateur basketball player and artist. He smells of deodorant, has a very lean body, and messy hair. Reid always wants to do what’s right and doesn’t exalt himself. Reid wants to be a better person for others, even if it means knowing what others think of him.

King and Hendrix’s friend from the basketball social club. She’s the mediator between the two boys. She has feelings for King but can’t stand his ego and the way he acts towards Hendrix.

Reid’s best friend since childhood and the best basketball player in the group. King is snobbish and arrogant and can’t take criticism. To him, Reid is a charity case, cared for out of pity. He is cleaner-cut than Reid, always dressed in flannel or checkered shirts.
